Thank you for your reply & for attaching the "Womb Centering" link. I was just about to write because what I downloaded several days ago & have been listening to is completely different. Somehow I ended up with the "Building the Circle Activation" from 2009. I shall upload the correct recording & begin my practice anon.

Hmm...not necessarily. If you choose to send them both, though, perhaps you could include a little blurb about the circle building one, so other ladies will have a better idea of what it's about before listening to it.
