Supreme Greetings Honey Dripping Divas
Just sharing something I just started doing yesterday night. Before I go to bed I write down in my journal 10 things to Celebrate or appreciate. I'm going to do this for 30 days and see what new shifts will occur. One benefit I've noticed after just one night iz when I woke up the negative brain chatter that too often invades my consciousness waz strangely absent. I mean their waz a spacious silence which waz INCREDIBLE! How often have I gone to bed thinking of all the stuff I didn't get around to doing and wake up with that same nagging voice. Now I'm ready for a shift and I'm never (at least not consciously) going back cause starting my day from this point iz Be-ing Meditation not just practicing it. ;D Take care y'all.

I concur for the past four days I have been celebrating 10 things before going to bed and surrendering all of it through the divine inactivity of sleep. I am waking up more refreshed, in a more meditative state of mind and more energized to begin my day. Its like a quiet claim underneath all the activity or no activity-its just their. It also may be too that I'm going to bed a hour earlier while listening to my amazing meditation CD by Deepak Chopra. Whatever it iz one, all of the above or a combination of ALL that I'm BE-ing/DO-ing, I'm loving the quietness in my mind, not the normal buzz or latent anxiousness. Even when these lower vibration thought forms show up they don't stick like crazy glue to me like before. Please tell me more about what your doing or not doing that iz helping you Surrender to your Highest Self. Take care.
These are a couple songs that uplift me that I wanted to share with you. Even though I'm not Christian, I can feel the heart of hiz message surrendering to that invisible, undefinable stuff that we uniquely and infinitely expresses in, through and az US!
