Today I pray to be a little more kinder, more compassionate and more trusting and allowing that Spirit iz guiding my heart to expand in ways that are undeniable. Sitting 15 minutes without agenda really slows the pace, my thoughts were theirs not more God out their then their iz inside here. So theirs no need to grasp for more, I am the it God's divine instrument for divine expression!
